About Studio JG

Studio JG is an independent illustration and gift brand run by Jen Gavan. All designs are created by me, and most products are printed, packed and dispatched from my studio in the UK.

Processing & Dispatch

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. During busy periods, such as product launches, sales or Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Shipping

I currently ship within the UK only.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service selected at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order, as I cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 7 days of delivery, including photographs, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Digital Products & Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital templates and downloadable products are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, designs, templates and content are the intellectual property of Studio JG and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Digital products and templates are for personal use only.

Product Information

Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and the printing process. As products are printed and produced in small batches, minor variations may occur.
